Strategic Initiative Team Leader - 2024

During each Strategic Planning cycle, DOLIR establishes a new set of Strategic Initiative Teams. Between January 2019 and April 2023, DOLIR formed 48 Strategic Initiative Teams. These teams play a vital role in DOLIR’s commitment to continuously improve. The Strategic Initiative Team Leader badge is designed to reward and recognize those who have successfully served as a Team Leader on one of DOLIR’s Strategic Initiative Teams. Recipients of this badge were identified as those who have served in the role of a Team Leader upon successful completion of their Strategic Initiative Team.
