GEAR - Guidance 2023-2024

The GEAR Guidance badge indicates the recipient has embodied the value of Guidance through their work at the department. In this context, Guidance is defined as utilizing knowledge, skills, and abilities to advise and lead the public and fellow team members to ensure citizens receive the full benefit of the services we provide. The department's values are Guidance, Efficiency, Accountability and Respect (GEAR). Individuals are encouraged to nominate fellow team members who exhibit any of these GEAR values and provide a description of how they did so.
