Each year, DOLIR solicits interest for team members to participate in the DOLIR Internal Workgroup. Potential members must demonstrate a positive attitude in discharging their assigned duties, exemplify strong performance in both productivity and quality of work, and have a willingness to serve as a staff liaison to identify improvement opportunities for the department. Participants must be able to model DOLIR Code of Conduct for professionalism in the workplace and in their role as a member of the DOLIR Internal Workgroup. The badge is earned after 12 months or successful participation on the Internal Workgroup team.

Earning Criteria
Required
Team members that desire to earn this badge, must first demonstrate proficiency in their daily job duties. Additionally, participants must model the DOLIR Code of Conduct for professional behavior in the workplace and for the citizens they serve. Interest in participation should be expressed to the team members chain of command for consideration and referral to DOLIR leadership and potential inclusion on the Internal Workgroup. Once a member has been added to the workgroup, they must serve successfully for a period of 12 months.
